Hi,
I ordered my Internet online (Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable), but DHL tried to deliver the day before I moved into my flat and the packages were returned to the sender.
When can I expect my devices to be sent back to me?
The delivery number was: xxx

I don't know if this is related,, but I just received an email from Vodafone telling me that they could send my order and that I needed to call them:
"Lieber Vodafone-Kunde, Ihr Gerät konnten wir Ihnen leider nicht zustellen. Melden Sie sich bitte in den nächsten 48 Stunden einfach bei uns."
Do you have more information about this?
As I don't speak German very well, it's a bit hard for me to make phone calls.

Hi Lars,
I received everything this morning!
However, when I tried to register with my customer number and the activation code if failed telling me "something went wrong". And after that, it told me that they blocked my contract for 24 hours.
Is there anything you can do on your end?

Dear Lars,
You can ignore my last message about not being able to register my Costumer number. It's now done.
I still have an issue tho. I did the installation, but the Internet LED is blinked red. I've been told that was because a technician was supposed to come to wire my building to Vodafone (or something like that).
If a technician is indeed needed, is there a way for you to book an appointment? Or do I have to call the customer service myself?

do you still have the router connected? If not, please plug it in and write me here in the thread.
If I can't reach the router from here, we'll finish an order for a technician. He would contact you to make an appointment. Do you or a friend have a German mobile phone number, which I can deposit in the order? The current deposited number seems to be from abroad. The colleagues cannot call there. Please send me the number by PM and report it here in the thread.
