Hi,
I've been deceived by two of your employees months ago and they've acquired my signature and details for the Vodafone contract. I've already send some letters to Vodafone and canceled all my subscriptions, although they send me a letter to pay the bill and if I didn't I'll be entitled to a fine. I don't know what to do I'm not using the cable connection or internet and no technicians came here to set it up. Still they charge me, I don't understand what's happening. Please clarify and take off all the subscriptions and money due I'm entitled. The customer number is:

***

The given call number on the bill:

***

I'vegot a set top box and I was waiting someone to pick it up. Now I send it back directly to Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Am Tower 222, 90475, Nürnberg, I've got the confirmation that the box received there. I'm looking forward to a response. I'm fed up of calling the customer service representative. Please help.
Thank you.

First thing: There is a very important difference between cancellation ("Kündigung") and withdrawal ("Widerruf")!

Mostly it's that you can first cancel after your initial contractual term is over - meaning usually after 2 years - whereas a withdrawal takes effect immediately.

Thus if you really sent letters with a cancellation request to the next possible date, it means that you are bound to the contracts for the initial term of (usually) 2 years. The only way to end the contracts before that date would've been to comply with the withdrawal rules - that means that you'd only have to fill out the withdrawal form and send it to customer care in Erfurt (I'm not exactly sure where there is also an e-mail address on that withdrawal form). But this has to be done within 14 days from the day that you received the withdrawal rights information - that's usually together with the router and contract details.

The said 14 days must be over now. What should I do, I'm totally disappointed with Vodafone and I paid the amount 180,33€ today. And for what? For nothing. Do I have to wait 2 years to complete the contract and should I pay them for nothing? This is completely ridiculous. Please tell me a solution. I don't even know for which kind of service I paid the amount. Please help me.

If those 14 days have already passed, then you are bound to the contract until the minimum contractual term is over. Please double-check this - the date you send the withdrawal message is important, not the date it is received - but you have to comply with those 14 days. Whereas not understanding the language (sadly) is not a point that you could rely on...

What you pay for should be stated on the bills - most presumably it's either both a TV contract and an internet contract or solely a TV contract...

I'm attaching my bill that I've received. There is nothing but some numbers and the warning message. I have already Telekom internet in my apartment, I don't need an additional one right now. Should I cancel the telekom and forcefully go for Vodafone? This is insane. The technician told me that he would come and receive the box and will cancel the contract but he didn't come, I went to the nearest Vodafone store and asked about it and they couldn't help me. I send a letter to Erfurt and one to Düsseldorf. And. Additionally I attached a letter by stating all the problems in the box that I returned to Nürnberg. Still I didn't get any response. Should I move legally somehow? I have lots of issues other than this and hanging on such a problem is really frustrating and I lose my money. I really curse the time that Vodafone employees came to my apartment. They said it's the contract change by the city and it won't cost you anything. They've said it loud and clear in english I've asked them multiple times. Please tell me a solution to cancel this anyhow. Thanks so much for helping me

EDIT: attachment deleted due to privacy protection

The problem is - if this is really multple months back, then options are very limited.

So if you signed a legally binding contract - even if you didn't exactly know what you signed -and- did not withdraw within the 14 day timeframe but let go for multiple months, its pretty much too late to just get it cancelled right now and just have to pay that payment once.

I don't want this money back. I'm asking how to stop the future problems relating to this contract. What should I do to terminate all my contracts on Vodafone. I don't want to pay them without using any services.

You can cancel them by written information - but only to the end of the minimum contractual term. This means -in case of a two year contract- that the contract will end after those two years have passed. That also includes that you have to pay for the invoices for the whole period - so it's nothing that you can stop right now.

And in case you need the rental devices to use the contract - it should be no problem to send them back to you if you want to. Please note that this may require you to pay additional one-time postal fees (as you returned them early and thus sending back to you is only required because of this circumstance).

I've got a cancellation letter in July stating that my Vertrag storniert and I need to pay only the Verbindungsentgelt. How should I know if there is still a contract with Vodafone. Am I just paid the so said Verbindungsentgelt? Can you help me to know the status of my contract? I actually got 3 letters from Vodafone back then and I was hoping that everything over and that's why I didn't gave much attention to the forecomes.
