Hello,
I have tried to cancel my contract because I have moved permanently to the USA. Unfortunately, it seems that I am still being billed (47,96 EUR on 17..09). I was also billed 52.32 EUR on August 23. We left Germany on August 2, so the contract should have terminated at that point. Can you please explain to me what is going on?

Hello plaisance,
even if you leave Germany the contract won’t end with the date of your move. Due to German law the contract will end three months after the leaving date. Your contract ends on 1st of november 2018.
