Contract Termination Request - Leaving Germany

Dear Vodofone,

My working situation has changed and my German residency and work permits will expire on June 30th, 2019.  I am requesting to terminate my cable internet services on that date.  Can one of the moderators please assist me through that process?

Hello Vish,

Your contract will be terminated in your case with a period of 3 months from the moving date according to the Telecommunications Act. So that we can prepare everything for it, we still need a few data. Please send me your new address, your customer number, name, date of birth and address private message and then report again here in the article.
