Contarct termination

Hello Vodafone team!

I have sent my termination notice on the 3rd of June. On the 5th of June, I have got an email from Vodafone, that my termination notice is received and in the next 5 days, I should get termination confirmation and billing period.

Today is the 17th and I still get nothing from you. I kindly ask you to check the current status and inform me about further steps.

Sorry, but the only confirmation I have got on the 5th of June via email is the confirmation, that Vodafone received my termination (I send it to you via pm). Also, this document contains information, that final termination confirmation (Kündigungsbestätigung) will be received in the next 5 days which is not done yet. This what I am looking for.
