Charged incorrectly for unsubscribed product

Hi,

I was charged for Vodafone GigaTV-app and HD Premium app on 23.04.2020 and 25.03.2020. To my knowledge I never subscribed to these products nor ever used them. In the month of December 2019, I had only requested for information related to these products from customer supports but never intended to subscribe them. I conveyed the same to the customer support in the month of April and I was told that the amount will be refunded back. But this never happened.

 

Could you refund the necessary amount or provide further clarification on this? Please let me know if you need more information about myself like customer id or receipt details.
