Hello,
I have a problem with my cable connection bills.
I moved from Wurzburg to Furth as of August 2019 and signed a new DSL contract with Vodafone at my new house while the new house does not have a cable infrastructure available.
The problem that I'm still paying for two connections, one for the old house (Cable Connection) and one for the new house (DSL Connection).
I toke the decision to continue as Vodafone customer with a new DSL contract but I believe it is not fair to pay for the old connection once the new DSL connection been active !!

I got your pn. Thank you. Your cable internet contract was terminated on 07th of november 2019. Since your dsl contract is already active since 12th of september 2019, I will take care of a credit for the 2 months.
