Hello. I started my contract (20.06.2019) for internet with Vodafone . You had an offer of 20 € per month for a year all the tariffs so I got the 1000 Mb and you said after a year I could go to a lower tariff.
Now I'm trying to do that but it doesn't give me the option to go to a lower tariff.

I can find the address through the information sent, but I want to make sure that you are the contractual partner. This is only about the protection of your customer and contract data.
