Change to lower tariff

Hello. I started my contract (20.06.2019) for internet with Vodafone . You had an offer of 20 € per month for a year all the tariffs so I got the 1000 Mb and you said after a year I could go to a lower tariff.

Now I'm trying to do that but it doesn't give me the option to go to a lower tariff. 

Please what can I do?

I don't understand why you need my address? Vodafone has all my data.
I need help to change my tariff and I don't feel that you are helping me.

I need the address for a complete data reconciliation. I am not allowed to make any changes to your contract before that. I can find the address through the information sent, but I want to make sure that you are the contractual partner. This is only about the protection of your customer and contract data.

 

It is of course your decision whether you send me the address. But without the address I can not change anything. If you send it to me, I will make the switch to Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable.

The change would be too immediate, as the first 12 months expired on 20.06.2020. Shall I make it like this?

the invoice is then corrected with the next invoice. You only pay the higher price until we make the change. From then on, it's 29.99 euros per month. Should I finish the tariff change?
