Dear Vodafone representative,
Since I am at English speaker, it has been hard to get in touch with Vodafone on the phone. So I found this portal.
Vodafone GigaTV cable, which unfortunately I can not make my DSL contract, due to the lack of language skills. I've been paying 10 euros for a service that I have not used and probably will use in the future.
Please I would like to cancel my odafone GigaTV cable subscription, help me out. My clients number is: xxxxxxx.

Hi Haroon,
the GigaTV App has been running since 30.06.2018. An earlier revocation was rejected because the contract was concluded in retail. Therefore I can only process the cancellation at the end of the contract period. A confirmation is on the way to you.
