Cancelling Contract Abmeldung, no Abmeldungsbescheidigung Due to Coronavirus

Hi,

I have a bit of a specific problem in relation to cancelling my Internet contract. I have left Germany a month ago and still haven't received my abmeldungsbescheidigung. I believe this is partially due to Poland turning away correspondence from abroad, meaning it's impossible for me to receive it right now.

Any suggestions as to how I can get the contract cancelled?
