Hallo,
I am leaving Germany end of June 06.2019 and relocate to another country
I also cancel my German permanent residense end of June 06.2019 and closing my bank account.
From 01.07.2019 there will be new tenant in my apartment, so you can contact him to continue using internet service.

Hi @Naid,
please be informed that you have a contract with VF. As far as I know there isn't possible to continue using the internet service by new tenant.
You can cancel the contract due exceptional reasons (termination without notice). Don't forget to refer to TKG §46, subparagraph 8. Send also a copy of your "Abmeldebstätigung" (deregistration certificate).
Note: From your relocation you have to pay for further 3 month (German law).
