Hi,
I've tried to cancel my contract via the form on myvodafone and been redirected here (sic!).
Please, cancel my internet (used to be Kabel Deutschland) and phone contracts Family Red M.
P.s.: where do I post contract's details? Doing it in a public forum thread sounds odd.

Hello Dmitry,
i still need the new address. The termination of the cable contract is only possible according to the Telecommunications Act (termination + 3 months). Your contribution is here, I don't need a proof. Your wish to terminate the contract by 28.02.2019 can therefore not be fulfilled.
You also have to send your mobile phone customer data. I will then pass this on to a colleague who will take care of it. I can only help you with the cable contract.

HI norefle,
we handled the termination for the cable contract. You'll get a confirmation.
We will then hand it over to the mobile phone area. The colleagues then take care of everything else.

Hey,
I'm still getting bills for the phone contract, and "my vodafone" page shows that the contract will be stopped in August. Even though I initially requested the cancellation in December and got the confirmation in February that the last day would be May 29th.
Can you please check it for me?

Hey Lars,
What do you mean own thread? This is the thread I've created to cancel my contract, and it hasn't been cancelled yet.
I intentionally put it here to highlight, that the contract I've asked to cancel and got confirmed is still opened and charging me bills.
