Hi,
I've tried to cancel my contract via the form on myvodafone and been redirected here (sic!).
Please, cancel my internet (used to be Kabel Deutschland) and phone contracts Family Red M.
P.s.: where do I post contract's details? Doing it in a public forum thread sounds odd.

I'm sorry, I made a mistake ![]()
The cable contract was terminated on 29.05.2019. Now there was one last bill in June with a credit of 4,26 Euro.
Do you mean the cable contract or the mobile phone contract?

Hey Lars,
No worries.
I guess it's a bill for a mobile phone contract. It arrived on June 24 for 44.99 Euro (invoice number: ***). However, I was told that all my contracts would end in May.

Hi Dmitry,
your mobile contracts will end in August as you signed them in August with a running time of minimum 24 months. After these 2 years, the contracts prologed for further 12 months and so the next possbile cancellation date is in August.

Hey Dany,
I'm a bit confused.
First of all, I did not get any confirmation for the extended contract last August. I left Germany in September, hence I would have cancelled it back then.
Second of all, I have not used my phone for more than half a year. I have no longer a resident of the country.
And the last, I got an email in February confirming that all of my contracts would be stopped in May (see the attached screenshot).
Have I got a wrong impression?

Hi Dmitry,
we received your cancellation request for the mobile contracts in February and so we set the termination to the next possible date in August. We don't offer an earlier termination of mobile contracts when you leave Germany.
The document you have attached belongs to your cable contract.
