I have been trying to call the customer service line to speak. 

I have always been able to get to an operator:

 004917001721212 from your mobile phone or 00498001721212 from your German countryline and say operator. The call will be free of charge. Kind regards, Your Vodafone Team.

I am moving out of the country this month, and need to cancel the cable service as well as return the equipment.
