Hello,
I've been trying for the past few weeks to cancel my contract, and I got an email and an employee redirected me here and said to voice my concern here on canceling my contract, since nowhere they have helped me!
Now, I've subscribed for a HotSpot and not using from day-1 and I would like to cancel it, as soon as possible!
Can someone please help me out!

I'm happy to help you. You wanted to cancel the contract on the hotspot or another one? Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message and then get back to me here in the thread.
