Hi,
My customer numbers are:
Mobile phone contract
Customer number. ***
Cable Germany
Customer number. ***
I own Vodafone Red L and a Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable contract and I found that I pay 10 euros for "Mobile & Euro-Flat" tariff which probably I do not need. I can not find the option to cancel it; so you could please cancel it for me and tell me why do I have this tariff since I already have Vodafone Red L.

Hello Azab,
if you have the Mobile & Euro Flat within the GigaKombi advantage, you cannot deselect it. Otherwise you lose the entire advantage, even with the mobile phone contract. But at the same time you get a credit for the flat rate, so it is free of charge.
