I'm trying to arrange a service at my address and I'm told it's not possible, but depending on how I enter my address, I get different results. So, there are several different reports about the service available at my address. The variation seems to be related to how I format my address.
My address is formated weirdly. On the front of the building my address is *** while on my lease it's shown as ***. I get completely different availabity results depending on that formatting in your online check. Your sales representative e-mailed me and said that 16 mbps DSL is the only thing availbable in my area, but considering the area that feels like that can not be right. Could this be just a child of weird database error or confusion?
I've been told to call your sales line, but I do not speak German.

Hi JBreese,
welcome to our Community.
First of all: please do not post private data, like your address, in a public forum. ![]()
Sometimes there are problems with addresses, which have no single number, but a number block, like your address. Some databases cannot process such formats, or the addresses are often stored as their individual numbers.

Stephan
