Cable device return information not provided in English

Hello,

thanks for the help with termination of the contract, it seems to have gone forward fine. I don't however understand the information provided for the return of the cable device due to it being only in German. 
Should I pay the shipment and send it to the provided address or is there a prepared return form available?
