Hello,
I have had my internet connection blocket since saturday July 6th because I had missed to pay a "charge back fee" of 4,50 euros due to the fact that the direct transfer from my IBAN account failed for some reason. I did not receive any reminder of that this fee existed and was unpaid. I have payed all my other bills on time.
I payed this charge back fee as well on Sunday morning, July 7th and I am now wondering when my internet connection will be opened again?

Hello Joakim,
in your customer portal you can find your current account balance and see which fees are still open.
Once we have received your transfer, it must be assigned to your customer account and booked there. This will also take some time. Have you ever tested whether your Internet is working again in the meantime?
