Internet has been working fine, but it suddenly stopped working. A blinking red light above internet is not turning off and if I go into the settings, it says that DOCSIS is offline.

How can I have this resolved?

Hi,

Can you disconnect the router from the power supply for 3 minutes and do a factory reset if necessary?
