Hi, I have recently moved back to my country, because of this I had to make a special cancellation of my contracts and I was told that I had to pay 3 extra months after my contract cancellation date. The problem is that even thought I have sent the router back 1 month earlier and stopped using the contract because I had to move earlier. Instead of taking a discount, my last few bill invoices are much higher than usual. I need to speak with someone that speaks English to clear out this situation. Please help me. I hope I will find a solution here so I don't need to cancel and redraw the payments and proceed with a lower. Thanks in advance

Hi Iordanis,
the date of the move was 29.09. and from then on the 3 months begin. Since 17.09. the promotion for the contract has expired and therefore the full price is charged since then. That explains the higher bills.

Depending on the contract, you sometimes have a right to downgrade the contract after the inital promotion period is finished. According to Thomas comments this might be possible. Then you would pay lower rate for the remaining period.

it is possible to change the bandwidth to reduce costs The cheapest would be the 50 Mbit tariff at 29,99 Euro per month. The problem I see there rather with the already sent back hardware. Thus the change will not work or a device will be sent out again.

The thing is that I already live in an other country. No address or what ever else needed. For the downgrade. If is really possible to be a matter of just paper work then I would like to have some help to proceed asap. Thanks for your time by the way

without hardware the order will not close and therefore the costs would not change. There is the problem.
