Hi, I have recently moved back to my country, because of this I had to make a special cancellation of my contracts and I was told that I had to pay 3 extra months after my contract cancellation date. The problem is that even thought I have sent the router back 1 month earlier and stopped using the contract because I had to move earlier. Instead of taking a discount, my last few bill invoices are much higher than usual. I need to speak with someone that speaks English to clear out this situation. Please help me. I hope I will find a solution here so I don't need to cancel and redraw the payments and proceed with a lower. Thanks in advance

I just wanted to make sure that everything is in order that my payment obligations are still only till the 29th of December. Can you please make sure that my termination at the 29th of December is valid and is shown in my customer account and let me know so I can stop worrying? Thank you very much for your time and help.

you don't have to worry. The cancellation is scheduled for 29.12.2020. A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail in the next few days.
