Hello,
I have the same issue. I am no longer living in Germany (have moved home to New Zealand) and so now I need to cancel my contracts.
I have 2 seperate contracts, 1 for internet, and 1 for mobile.
Please advise of the appropriate process. I have difficulty navigating the 'My Vodafone' system, so would prefer, if possible, to resolve the issue via Private Message with the assistance of a Vodafone Host.
