An increase in the bill

Hello,

Why my bill for November was 48.73 euro?
in October it was 40.24 euro which is the normal amount for the second year contract.

I contacted the customer care and they asked me to write you here in the blog as you can see

have you looked at the positions on the invoice? It should be clear what was charged.
