Hello, this is the second post I am sending... this time in English to see if I have more luck
I want to cancel my contract with VODAFONE, I sent the cancellation letter 3 weeks ago and by a sudden you took the decision to restart the contract again till April 2021 (I have my contract since 03.2018). I tried to call several times to the service call and no one tried to help me, I was talking in German and begging to be talked slowly and no one make the small effort to do so...
Please I beg you to help me... I need to move to my hometown due the Corona Virus and I have to cancel all the contracts.
