Hi,

Sorry for my lack of German phone skills, but does anyone have any tips for reaching a live Vodafone customer service person via phone (who preferably speaks English)? I've tried calling the hotline number for DSL customers but can't get past the machine.

I have Compal CH7466CE Router. I am able to access to internet throgh LAN but the wifi is not working. WIFI SSID is not at all discoverable. In the router control center, WIFI is showing as enable on both 2.4 and 5 GHz but not able to find the SSID. I also tried changing the SSID but no success.

Have you booked the "WLAN-Option"?
If not, WiFi is disabled and you are not allowed to enable it.

And by the way: You are no DSL customer, but you are a Cable customer. So you won't get help from the DSL hotline but have instead to call the cable customer service line.

Yes. I took this connection arond two month back,  the wifi was working since then. Since 09-Nov-2018, it suddenly stopped working.
