Was there a recent firmware update?
With Bridge Mode enabled, 1000Mbps connection getting 30-70Mbps.
Also, even though the lights on the device say it is connected to the internet, 5-10 times per day no traffic flows in or out of the device for 10-20 minutes at a time - randomly.

was the measurement then directly at the modem or at a downstream router? The measurement was via Ethernet?

That measurement was by the cable modem itself.

Hello DietCoke,
Have you checked or changed the coaxial cable? Is the problem all day or only at certain times? Have you connected a switch or another device in between, or is your device directly connected to our router via LAN?
