Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Girish Neelakantappa, using Vodafone internet with WiFi device from past 3+ Months but internet/wifi is not working properly for mobile devices.
The problem is when I connect wifi through mobile devices, it will get connected and after 10-15seconds it will disconnect and again it will connect in 10-15seconds.
This connection/ disconnection is a continuous process.
I am not getting continuos wifi connection, this is very much frustrating.
This happening from the beginning of my connection but I thought it will get resolved after some days of usage but the problem is still happening.
I tried reaching customer service through phone but am not able to get the hotline service in English.
Kindly look into the issue and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

welcome to the Vodafone Community!
Here you can find some tips for optimizing your WIFI at home.
It may help to change your WIFI name and password. Some devices seem to have trouble when you are using special characters.
Do you experience outages via LAN cable, too?
For further help I need to know which modem you are using.
