Hello Vodafone customer service,
Since December last year I've been having issues with my internet - there are multiple drops per day. After several minutes it gets reconnected back again. Giving the current situation with home office due to COVID, these issues are pretty disturbing and they jeopardise my online meetings.
Meanwhile, I received a new cable which doesn't work with my current router. A new router was ordered, so that I could replace it, but unfortunately it has never been delivered to my address. I checked it with all my neighbours - same story. The new router is never to be found. It is lost somewhere on its way.
Could you please help solve the issue? Let me know what I need to provide from my side.
I would really appreciate if the communication is held in English, due to my very basic level of German unforunately I cannot contribute well enough to proceed with this. Thank you for your understanding.
