Wi-Fi 5GHz lost and no access to router settings

Hello,

A couple days ago I noticed that my mobile devices are not connected to the Wi-Fi network.

I checked - and the WiFi 5GHz network is not visible anymore. (The WiFi 2.4GHz network is visible, but I don't remember its password). The LAN connection works normally.

I am trying to access WiFi settings of the modem by LAN, but the modem's web UI is not functioning properly anymore (never had this problem before). Some sections of the Web UI are opened normally (like Overview, Phone, Internet, Settings), however, I cannot access the ones that are important to me: W-Fi and Status & Support sections - it just gives me a blank page and the session gets lost.

I tried to reboot the router, but this does not resolve the problem.

It is a Vodafone device, Firmware version: 01.02.037.05.EURO.PC20

Perform a factory reset with the reset button (very small hole) using a paperclip (hold for at least 10-15 sec)

Hey @antonkoh1,

does the factory reset helped you?

Same problem here -  and now only access to internet via LAN cable but Admin password for the router does not work (neither the one printed on the machine nor my old password). Tried factory reset and normal restart by cutting of power multiple times.
