Sorry for using English, but my German is not very good (that is why I could not get helped by your answering machine).
I received my Vodafone Station (1000mb connecion) on Saturday and so far it doesn't allow me to connect to the internet. It says that my Station is linked to a different client and I should contact my vendor (which is Vodafone itself):
I know this is a kind of usual mistake and can be fixed very quickly if some technician helps me and links the MAC address of my Station with my client activation code.
Please, I am running against the clock because I am working from Home and I can't keep using my phone hotspot for long. Please, I need a mod ASAP. A good and quick fix can absolutely change my experience with Vodafone so far.
If there is a mod out there willing to help me, please tell me and I will share my contact info by PM so you can fix the issue.

Ok, is fixed now.
For anyone in the future with the same issue: My problem was that I received my package on a weekend day and I just needed to wait until the Monday to (I guess) my contract could be linked to my device.
I'm sorry for bothering the mod community with my issue, but it would be helpful if Vodafone just added a small hint somewhere telling you to don't freak out and wait until a labour working day to see if it really works or doesn't.
