Vodafone DSL not working

Hi All,

It's Vodafone DSL-FRITZ! Box 7430 (Contract Number 0019xxx)

On 04.10.2018 technician came to my apartment and connected DSL box, but till date no internet and no one is responding.

Please suggest and guide me to whom I can report this issue to solve or cancel the contract.

i'm sorry for your issue. 😞

I've seen that you have an open trouble ticket since Friday. It looks like the phone cable in the street is broken. We commissioned Deutsche Telekom with the repair.

My collegues will contact you asap if they have new information.
