Speed issue from router to computer

Hi

I have a vodafone cable Max contract, 1000Mbit/s

But since a couple of days the speed became very bad.

I hardly get 30Mbit/s using wifi and trying with a cable I get up to 80Mbit/s

This makes working from home very very hard.

I made the speedtest on the vodafone site, and the outcome is that the issue is between the router and my computer. Attached picture.

How to proceed next? I do not speak german so I cannot call the call center.

In another thread on the forum I saw the follwing questions were asked. So here you go:

  • Which contract do you have? Vodafone CableMax 1000
  • Which modem/router do you use? No idea...the latest one I guess. 
  • Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device? Rental
  • How is your device connected to the modem? Wifi. But for the sake of testing I tried with a cable.
  • Please do speedtests via LAN. DONE. a bit better...but still bad
  • Which browser do you normally use? Not relevant.
  • Which operating system do you have on your computer? Not relevant.
  • Beginning and period of the disturbance? Always has been unstable...but it became worse a couple of days ago
  • Upload a screenshot of the signal values. DONE
  • What measures were taken by the customer Service? None, as said in my message I don't speak German so I can't call them.
  • In which federal state do you live? Bavaria
