I've moved to the new house. I had scheduled the "new connection" termin on Friday (11.12.2020). The worker of IMT Medientechnik Betriebs-u.Service GmbH has came and connect my house to the Vodafone network. He was very professional.
But he has installed me a new router, and told me I need to send back to you my old router from the old apartment.
How do I need to do it? To which address should I send the old router?
