Router CGA4233DE reboots unexpectedly

Hello, Team!

My router CGA4233DE reboots unexpectedly. It last already for a couple of weeks, first it was 1-2 times per week, 

now during 3 days it happens at least once per day. This is absolutely unacceptable during home office. Please, help. I'd like you to send a technician to check it and probably replace.

did you have to unplug the modem to make it respond again? I have enabled monitoring on the modem. We will look at the next 48 hours.

no, I didnt do anything, the modem just rebooted itself and got back to working state
