Hi,
I'm an English speaker and I have just signed a Internet home (Kabel modem) Vodafone concract.
I received the modem/router yesterday (24.06.2020).
I successfully connected the Kabel router with multimedia-dosenaufsatz cable into the TV and Radio port on my wall. Then I have connected the DATA socket to the router.
But after a while, power light is on, Wifi light is on, but the light for "INTERNET" on the router started to flash with a red color and I have no Internet connection both.
I went to a Vodafone shop and asked for help but the staff said they could not do anything. And Because I do not speak German I can not talk to phone customer service.
Could someone please help me!

Hi,
call the Hotline and tell them that the self install failed (in german Selbstinstallation fehlgeschlagen)
They will send a technician.
