Then please tell me how to enable the following ports:

500 and 4500 for IPSEC Connections on Vodafone 

WLAN cable router Vodafone station

Manufacturer:  technicolor

Model: cga4233de

Otherwise I cannot establish Work form Home connection - these days is vital.

From theRooter Expert Menu is not available.

normally it is not nessesary to open ports for an outgoing connection.

maybe your employer VPN server does not support connections over IPv6

Your employer should check the following settings:

a) maximum MTU 1432 Bytes (better go a bit below like 1400)

b) disable client IP check

He should enable the IPv6 part of the server.

And as @RobertP already wrote: You do NOT need to open ANY ports on your side. If your employer tells you to do so, he or she simply does NOT understand how IPSec works and that it is NOT required in order for an OUTbout VPN connection to open INbound ports.

in the user interface of the router you can adjust settings. Or do you use the router in bridge mode with your own router?
