Dear Support Team,
Sorry for writing in English. I subscribed to Gigacube Max with 250GB plan. For some reason the speed is deadly slow, 2 mbits/sec. Signal strength is quite good, with 4/5 bars. I tried hard reset, changing the location of the device, etc. But no use. Also checked for updates.
Why is my internet speed so slow? Can anyone suggest what could be wrong? If I Vodafone cannot improve the speed for me, I may have to return the device.

But you must change APN to home.vodafone.de manually in the mobile if you test the gigacube SIM.
