I have just plugged my gigacube into my new flat and it is not functioning at all. The WiFi lights come on but only the weak a d medium signal lights. The other lights are not on at all. It doesn't come up on any phone or laptop etc.
I have tried calling all day but obviously can't get through to anyone at Vodafone and there doesn't seem to be another way of contacting anyone.
