Hello, apologies for writing in English. I am learning German but I am still at a very beginner level... ![]()
Due to the recent Coronavirus issue our company is asking us to work from home. The problem is, I use a GigaCube for home Internet, and with my current tariff plan of 50GB I won't be able to manage even a week. My current contract's minimum term is still eight months away, and I cannot change it from meinvodafone.
Is there any way to upgrade to a different tariff package?

You can order the upgrade using your online account MeinVodafone.

I have sent you two private messages in the last two days.
I am unable to change my tariff from my online account MeinVodafone, and therefore I have to ask you to kindly do it on my behalf.
Please help me as my data package is finishing up very fast.
