Modem not delivered

Dear Team,

Vodafone has sent Fritzbox modem for a new DSL connection and it was not delivered even after confirming the right address. I got a mail stating that the modem has been returned and I receive the credit. not sure what it means. 

Does anyone confirm what it means?

Hey Siva,

this looks like the package could not be delivered.

If you are not home , the postman most likely either tries to give the package to a neighbour or to a gls shop somewhere near you.

You'll get informed via a note most likely.

If no one gets the router within x-days , the package gets returned to us.
