moving contract but there is my package in my new address

 I want to move to a new place on December 1st. Vodafone does not support my package (50 Mbs). only 16Mbs is available at the new address. I am a researcher then speed is important for me. I don't want this package because it is low speed. How to cancel my contract? could you help me that would be possible to cancel my contract?

I would be glad someone helps me. I have sent an email did not get any feedback, please consider my problem.

if we can't offer your current / equal bandwith in the new location, you can cancle the contract early.

Please send me a private message with your customernumber,password & the new adress.
I'll check if we can offer you any faster alternatives like for example via cable, ftth etc. & end the contract.
