I got offered on phone for 8 euro 13 gb internet, flat sms and phone calls with my dsl. They sended me something else (30 euro i did have to pay for 4 gb internet and flat sms and phone calls) I wanted to cancel that since i didnt ordered that ***. After they canceled they just took 40 euros from my bank account even tho they told me i have 2 weeks to try it out. I am taking a lawyer over 40 euros. *** i was told phone call was recorded so i know what i ordered and when i ordered!!!!

can you please give us some more information about that? Which price plan was offered? With or without phone? When did that happen?

ok, but the mobile contract is already withdrawn. You can of course revoke the direct debit, or you wait until we credited the amount and transfer it back to you.

Hi Mypingishighlol,
because that was the first bill with the activation fee. There are automatisms leading to bills and to a direct debit. When there is an overlap to the cancellation it can not be stopped anymore.
