Wish to cancel my internet. Moving out of Germany. Requesting for details

I wish to cancel my subscription as well as giving back all your equipment because I will be moving out on the 1th of November 2018.

Can someone please send me some details on how to do that?

Hi Tamir,

sure I can explain how to do. 😉

1.) We need your deregistration confirmation from the local registration office. It is also possible to submit another proof. The only condition: It must be clear that you are leaving Germany.

2.) Sent us your cancellation via contact form (click here). Please also upload the proof.

3.) We will cancel the contract at the actual relocation date or the next possible date. You'll get a conformation.

4.) After cancellation you will get a last invoice.

Don't forget to send the router back to us. You can find the address in our cancellation confirmation.
