Moved and my Fritzbox is no longer connected to the internet

I recently moved and ordered a new phone/internet contract with a new Fritzbox for DSL internet. My last bill came in April 2018 and I was out of town till recently. Now my Fritzbox is no longer connected to the internet and I can't find anyone to tell me why. If my contract is expired, could someone please let me know and tell me how to get my internet back up and running?

How did you order the relocation and did you receivea confirmation?

When was the activation for the connection at your new address?

If the the date has passed and the technician was there already, you should call us to report a fault.
