Good day.
My contract was terminated about 3-4 months ago, but Vodafone still charges money from my bank account.
How can I stop it? What and where should I provide? I already 2-3 times sent them the requests from the online form. I left the country and don't live there since February.
Please, help me.

If you sent your cancellation due to the fact that you left Germany, you have to pay -by law- for additional 3 months after leaving Germany (or after Vodafone received your cancellation letter together with the "Abmeldung" - the later counts)!
Could it be that these months are not over yet?
