Switched to DSL 250 but the internet speed left intact: 16Mbit/s for upload and 1Mbit/s for download

Hi,

I've switched to "Red Internet 250 DSL", got the FritzBox and set it up, and the contract has been activated on on 02.08.2019, but the speed of the internet still didn't change comparing to my previous DSL 50: it is the same 16Mbit/s for download and 1Mbit/s for upload.

On the Vodafone DSL web page it said that on my address the package is available, so I did the upgrade online.

Could you please let me know if I'll get the speed described in the contract (minimum 179Mbit/s for donwload), and what should I do if it is not available?
