Hi all,
we have recently moved to a new apartment and would like to switch from GigaCube to DSL or cable. We don't mind a higher tariff and would consider adding TV as well if customer support helps us to switch.
Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

Regularly, there is no process of a direct change from GigaCube to DSL or cable because the GigaCube is a mobile product, DSL and cable are landline technologies.
But please jump in my inbox and tell me your phone or customer number of the GigaCube, your customer password (alternatively name, adress and birth date of the contract owner) and your new address to check the possibilities of our landline products there. I'm sure we can find a good solution for the future.
