Hi,
I can't tell if I have a problem or not. On my Profile, I see the last Invoice, but I can't tell if I have to pay it or not. In theory, I signed for a "SEPA-MANDAT" and I see my bank details in my Profile, however I don't see any payment from my vodafone bank account in the last month.
Could you help me, please?

in a previous thread (https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Internet-Telefon-TV-%C3%BCber-Kabel/URGENT-English-speaking-support-for...) you had an issue with your cable contract.
Now you opened a thread in our "DSL" board.
What do you use? Cable or DSL?

i moved to another city and i close the old contract. Now i have a contract with the DSL.

Hi tode91,
in this case you will find all info regarding the payment on the first page of your invoice in the top right corner.
You will see the date when we will debit your bank account.
"Ihren Rechnungsbetrag buchen wir am XX.XX.XXXX (date) von Ihrem Konto DEXXX... (bank account)"
