REG: contract termination

Hi Team,

I was miscommuncated for getting Vodafone DSL connection, I am currently with Mnet and I was told Vodafone will take care of all transfer formalities if I move to Vodafone.

But there was no account termination from mnet and I have already received Vodafone contract.

Please help me geting this Vodafone contract terminated.

in our welcome letter you will find info regarding the contract cancellation.

You can cancel the contract if it has been made via phone or online within 14 days.
